I ordered gluten free cupcakes for my managers 5 years with our company and the cakes were incredible! Not only was my special request fulfilled, the order was delivered at the perfect time and my manager says they taste fantastic. So happy with the service and final product!

Amazing experience ordering with them! I put in an online order for my friend up at Daley's Point and they were so helpful with any questions and requests (thanks so much for the extra strawberries!). Cake was gorgeous and arrived in perfect time and I was updated immediately. So grateful for the amazing service and highly recommend to anyone looking for cake delivery in the area!

Quality, service, value, flexibility and great communication sums up my experience with Macdaddy cakes. Recently needed cupcakes for a kids birthday party, left it a little late but they got it done. On top of that they tasted absolutely incredible. We'll be back soon, very soon.

Ordered a cake for Mum's 70th. Decided to go with a smaller vegan cake and I am so glad we did. The icing was luscious and soft and the cake was moist and delicious. Exactly what we were hoping for! We did have to keep the cake in the fridge and the colour selection for the icing is restricted (due to the nature of the type of vegan ingredients they use) but it's the best vegan and perhaps cake in general I/we have had tasted in a long time. They also provided a cake topper free of charge which we didn't end up using but it was a lovely gesture from them. Lovely people too!

Lori from MacDaddy cakes has been absolutely tremendous to work with, and transformed my father's 51st Birthday. I ordered 1 cake with her about 2 weeks in advance of the day, but the 2nd cake I only ordered 3 days out (and it was a rather strange request for a chocolate cake that looks like Vietnamese salad roll). Lori was more than happy to help, and did such a good job that people at the party did not know if it was a salad roll or a cake! She responded to every email and phone call, answered all of my questions and was so helpful. We will definitley be going back to MacDaddy cakes for all of our party needs!

Had a couple issues with the ordered date just due to a slight slip up. However, macdaddy cakes were happy to deliver at no further cost due to the mistake. Then upon delivery it seem there must’ve been a bit bumpy roads and cause slight damage to the cake in which they offered a portion of the price refunded which was lovely. Due to their customer centered service l had to decline the refund as they had already gone well and truly out of their way. Now for the cake… it tasted amazing and was well suited to be decorated by my own hand. I highly recommend Macdaddy Cakes if you’re wanting to be served top notch cakes with kind service. Even if you want to decorate a cake but not bake it they’re amazing.

A big thank you for going above and beyond with the cupcakes (including my requested custom order) and the sliders for my daughter's baby shower. Everything was delicious, looked fantastic, and the guests were impressed. Outstanding customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Much appreciated 🙂
